Why did you decide to work in the cultural sector?
I chose to work in the cultural sector because it connects all areas of life artistically like no other field. There, people with different experiences and knowledge have the opportunity to meet and create something together and learn from each other.
Is there a particular situation or event that you can remember that made you decide?
In my home village there is a spectacular carnival procession every year, which fascinated me very much as a child. After a few years, I was able to participate for the first time and I was thrilled! My love for costume and spectacle was born.

Is there perhaps even something like a passion for it or moments in your work that are very special to you and that you would not want to miss?
For me it's always amazing to see how our ideas, which were first only created on paper, suddenly come to life through dancers/actresses.
