Why did you decide to work in the cultural sector?
I work in the cultural sector because I feel free and inspired in it. The path to it was not a conscious decision; more like an attraction, a need that drove me

Is there a particular situation or event that you can remember that made you decide?
It has been a built up of experiences during my adulthood. A place of ideas and open-mindness where I feel at home and able to breath.

And what is special about this kind of work for you?
These years one can feel a bit ashamed of being human; hope and trust in future I find in all the parts and places where we act together and use the creative side of human capacity, to build and innovate, commonly. To me, cultural work in its essence is about that.

Is there perhaps even something like a passion for it or moments in your work that are very special to you and that you would not want to miss?
Not only can the experience of pulling together and create be mindblowing to me, but to work with people who open doors in my minds through great art is an exceptional, extremely privileged, lucky.
